Grinding Rings
Grinding rings (HR) are developed especially for face grinding; for example plane straightening in engineering, and furthermore for stone and concrete surface finishing, sharpening; wood and paper mill knife manufacturing and maintenance and railroad grinding applications; rail head corrugation grinding, rail profile reconditioning and joint weld profile grinding.
Equipment Compatibility
Hioma grinding wheels are compatible with rail grinding machines from leading manufacturers, including Geismar, Robel, Vossloh, Goldschmidt, Autech, Nencki, Windhoff, Lüddeneit & Scherf, and Mankinen – as well as most other brands of rail grinding equipment using standard e.g. M20, M14, M12, 4×M8, or 4×M10 mountings.
